The Pop-Up Pub is back at the Pant Memorial Hall on June 5th from 7:00 pm.

Now that the campaign to purchase the pub has come to a close, a group of volunteers are putting on a monthly Pop-Up Pub community event.
|
This is a bring-your-own-drinks event but we will have a keg of "DAY OFF" pale ale available at £3.50 a pint. We will also have some bottles of "SHARK BEACH" a craft Australian lager at £3.00 a bottle, both from Stonehouse Brewery Oswestry.

This is a family friendly night and you are more than welcome to bring board games for kids and grownups. There will be Jenga along with a couple pack of cards and dominoes. We would love you to come and enjoy a relaxed evening catching up with friends and neighbours.

If the real ale option is popular and we sell out quickly we will make sure that at the next Pop-Up we double down!

How will the night be funded?
|

Firstly admission is free of charge
|
It costs approximately £150 to put the event on. This includes the hall hire, keg of beer, printing and alcohol licence. We are hoping that beer sales will cover some of the costs but there will be a donations box as you enter the main hall, so if everyone puts a pound in we would be able to continue to arrange this on a monthly basis.

We will be having a Lucky Duck Race. Pick a duck or two and if your duck wins, the prize will be £30, with the remaining funds will be donated to Pant Methodist Church.
